Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ISSI Portal (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Description of Service
The ISSI Portal is a web-based application that provides access to ISSI registration, payments, and information. We use Google Sign-In to authenticate users and provide access to the Service.
User Accounts
Account Creation
- You may sign in to the Service using your Google account through Google OAuth authentication.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when signing in.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
- Use the Service to transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material
- Impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user, person, or entity
- Use automated means (such as bots or scrapers) to access the Service without our express written permission
Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ISSI Portal and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Third-Party Services
The Service uses Google OAuth for authentication. Your use of Google Sign-In is subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the practices of Google or any other third-party services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will function uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
- The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ISSI PORTAL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Service
- Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted or transmitted through the Service
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ISSI Portal and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
